- If you hover over the yellow circle and see that the source time is incorrect, then you should check that the accounts are still up and active. After that, make sure the accounts are still in the platform by going to the traffic source management section. If the accounts are missing, have whoever authenticated add them back by re authenticating.
- If you hover over the yellow circle and see that the adsense last updated time is incorrect, that either means that the campaign has received no revenue for the day or there is something else wrong. If you see revenue and the circle is yellow, ping your account manager
- If you see spend, but no revenue and the status is yellow, that is because revenue for the campaign has yet to be attributed
