User Management Guide

Allows users who are Admin’s inside of the tool to add users. In addition, assign roles to users inside of the platform.

To assign a role to a user, you must add them via email by clicking the blue “+ User” button on the top left and then assign their role during that process. Please note, you can adjust the role settings of a user after it has been assigned.

To adjust someone role after they are added, click the pencil icon next to their name and adjust the role there.

Roles

Admin = Has access to every section of the platform

Analyst = Has access to anlytics

Creative Manager = Has access to creative repository

Media Buyer = has access to:

  • Traffic source profiles
  • Analytics
  • Google Management
  • Topic Management
  • Post Management
  • Creative Repository
  • Campaign Builder
  • Term Management
